West's Get Your Stuff Day, Aug. 20th, 10am-6:30pm

This is a great opportunity to get “all your stuff” and see the school.

Students, bring your caregivers!

Join us in West's gym.

  • Class Schedules

    • Students who come to Get Your Stuff Day will receive early access to their schedule. All other students can access their schedules via Infinite Campus beginning August 31.

      • Note: School fees must be paid  & immunizations turned in, in order to receive/view schedules.

  • School Pictures taken 10am - 6:30pm (order online) 

    a graphic of information regarding WMS lifetouch pictures.

  • Guidance Counselors can answer academic questions. Schedule changes will take place Aug. 25-Sept. 5th.

  • Yearbooks for 2024-2025 available for $35 (cash/check)

  • Nurse: not available this date. You can drop off immunizations to staff

  • Student Lunches: Free/reduced forms available for P-EBT dollars, reduced fees (clubs, athletics, tests, community ed classes), or apply online. Schools get dollars for every family that qualifies!

  • Fees can be paid on the parent portal.

No appointments necessary. Come at a time that is convenient for you.

 

If you will be out of town on Aug 20th…. No worries!  Here’s what to do:

  • Schedules & locker info can be picked up on their first day.

  • Picture retake will be Sept. 16th during the school day (order online per the instructions below).

  • Be sure your immunizations are up to date before the start of school

  • Fees can be paid on the parent portal.

Volunteer

Parent Volunteers are needed to greet families, handout schedules, and assist families as they get ready for the school year. Please email Joyce Kurus with your availability to help on Aug. 20th @ Joyce.Kurus@hopkinsschools.org. Please feel free to share this opportunity with friends & family...sign up together...it's fun!

School Supply lists

Supply lists are available online for your convenience. If your family qualifies for free/reduced lunch, you are eligible to receive a free backpack and school supplies from ResourceWest. Call 952-933-3860 with questions for ResourceWest.

School pictures

All students should have their pictures taken at a Get Your Stuff Day so they can receive a free student ID. Ordering pictures online is easy.
